Our lowest cost shipping option within the United States is our flat rate of $5.95. Your package will be shipped for $5.95 regardless of dollar amount or size, unless it weighs over 10 pounds, in which case a surcharge may apply. When you select our flat rate shipping option, your package will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Our shipping department will choose the shipping method. Please provide an address that is suitable for U.S. Postal Delivery, e.g. P O BOX when applicable and a street address for UPS. Please note: we reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipments generally take 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your destination.
Please note, U.S. Postal Service packages do not require a delivery confirmation signature.
For an additional charge, you may choose an expedited shipping method. Please contact us to discuss the other shipping options. You may select UPS or FedEx 2nd Day Air, or UPS or FedEx Next Day Air. Please Note: These methods are shipping options and do NOT include processing time.
All orders typically take 2 business days to process. UPS or FedEx does not include the day the order ships, nor weekends or government holidays as shipping days.
If your address cannot be verified by our address verification system, your order may be delayed while we contact you to confirm the address.
Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Government holidays.
We make every attempt possible to keep a full inventory on all of our handcrafted products, however there are times that we do run low on an item or our herb supplier is out of stock on the ingredients needed to make our products. Even so, all backordered items are usually made, packaged & shipped within 7-10 business days. In the event that your order could be divided up and a partial order shipped out, we will notify you promptly. It is our goal to ship all orders as soon as possible, however we have no control over delays in delivery, and therefore cannot guarantee delivery dates. We accept no liability for delayed shipments due to the carrier.
Internet orders that have chosen pick-up as their shipping option, will be available for pick-up at our Culver City, CA location after you have received email notification that it is ready. Pick up orders must be paid in advance prior to processing. Please bring in a copy of your confirmation email when picking up your order.
